At FocusED Scholars, we are dedicated to providing quality educational and support services to scholars from PreK through 12th grade. Our team of trained professionals is committed to fostering academic success, emotional stability, and overall well-being for all scholars. Below are the specialized services we offer:
1:1 Support
Our 1:1 Support service provides personalized, one-on-one assistance to scholars who require dedicated attention to support their academic, emotional, and behavioral growth. Whether in school, foster care, or community-based settings, our professionals work closely with each child to ensure they receive the guidance, mentorship, and advocacy they need to thrive.
Tutoring
We offer academic tutoring tailored to the individual needs of PreK–12th grade scholars. Our tutors provide subject-specific instruction, homework help, test preparation, and skill-building to enhance academic performance and confidence. Through a structured approach, we support scholars in improving their comprehension, retention, and classroom success.
Supervised Visits (No Transportation Provided)
Our Supervised Visit service provides a safe and structured environment for children to maintain connections with their families. These visits are conducted in approved locations and monitored by trained professionals to ensure meaningful, positive interactions while prioritizing the child’s emotional and physical well-being.
Flight Risk Monitoring
For scholars identified as Flight Risks, FocusED Scholars provides continuous monitoring and engagement to ensure their safety and stability. Our professionals implement preventative strategies, risk assessments, and structured supervision to create secure environments where scholars feel supported and valued.
Transitioning Support
Our Transitioning Support service assists scholars as they move between placements, foster care, family reunification, or independent living. We provide emotional support, life skills training, and structured guidance to help children adjust smoothly to their new environments while fostering confidence and resilience.
Interpreter
FocusED Scholars offers professional Interpreter Services tailored specifically for scholars. Our certified interpreters provide seamless, culturally sensitive support—whether in academic advising sessions, classroom instruction, parent‑teacher conferences, or community events—so that language barriers never stand in the way of learning.
